GROUP CLASSES

We offer small group coaching capped at 14 people per class.

We believe the small group size allows for individualized attention to be given to athletes where needed.

There are two types of classes on schedule:

PERFORMANCE and ENDURANCE.

PERFORMANCE

Our performance class is a strength and conditioning class.

It is typically structured to include a strength or skill portion and a high intensity portion to follow.

The class workouts are programmed far in advance in 4-6 weeks blocks. Each block has macro (broad) and micro (specific) focuses to ensure our athletes are advancing appropriately and without injury, while increasing their ability to move and knowledge of how their body works.

We believe in progressive overload. Our workouts are never made or chosen at random.

Our endurance class is focused on agility, speed, and endurance.

We work on ensuring athletes are building all types of muscle fibers (slow twitch, fast twitch FO & FG) to build muscular ability and recruitment.

The workouts are programmed far in advance in 4-6 weeks blocks. The class focuses on building proper form, engaging all planes of motion, and strengthening muscles not typically used in traditional strength training.
