We offer open gym, small group classes, private training - both in-person and remote, and sports specific coaching for any athletes looking to complete OCRs or running races.

Small Group Classes

We offer small group coaching capped at 12 people per class. We believe the small group size allows for individualized attention to be given to athletes where needed.
Our programming is completed over a year ahead of time. There are no guesses on what the focus or intention will be. Our focus changes every 4-6 weeks.
There are two types of classes on schedule: 
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING and ENDURANCE.
Our Class Schedule

Personal Training (in-person & remote)

We offer personal training with certified trainers, in person and remotely. 
If you’re looking to reach goals but prefer to work one-on-one, can’t fit our classes into your schedule, or looking for completely tailored programming, our personal training and online options would suit you well. 
Wherever you are in your current journey, our trainers will meet you there and guide you to the next step.

Sports Specific / Race (OCR & Running)

We offer sports specific training for any athlete aged 12-60+. Our staff is backed with a long history of high school and collegiate sports that has continued as adults. Whether you’re looking to improve power for football, softball/baseball, golf or build agility and stamina for OCRs or HYROX, or get the next PR on your marathon - the DTX team had you covered.
