OUR FOCUS

    We create periodized strength training programs to increase muscular endurance, strength and power for sport, performance condition, and maintenance.

  • Speed

    We train speed specific variables to simultaneously train body and mind to handle stress load and decrease reaction/response time.

  • Agility

    Through sports specific programming, we train athletes to have improved agility. With load, speed, and power in mind, we ensure athletes aren’t just moving fast but accurately.

What we offer

We have worked with athletes and sports teams across the DFW metroplex and globally. We always use our own programming, but will tailor it based on the individual and/or team needs. We offer in-person and remote training.
